Hand-Held Clinch Unit CCU 2.5-60

The CCU 2.5-60 is a Hand-Held Clinch Unit with a manually opening jaw that operates with an external pneumohydraulic drive. The clinching stroke is triggered with a one-hand release.
These mobile clinching tongs are characterized by a manually opening jaw. This makes it easy to reach clinching positions even with interference contours over 30 mm tall. A throat depth of max. 60 mm with a frame height of also 60 mm allows the user of this type of Clinch Units a wide range of applications.
By using the gimbal suspension, the mobile clinching unit CCU 2.5-60 can reach a wide variety of positions and angles of a component.
Hand-Held Clinch Unit CCU 4-50

The universal CCU 4-50 hand held clinch unit provides an excellent solution for the fast and cost-effective production of air ducts.
This premium clinching tong also enables the joining of stainless steel sheets with tightness class D – simple and safe! The Hand-Held Clinch Unit CCU 4-50 with a versatile scissor design and a large opening window, which it gains through an automatically hinged swivel handle.
The mobile Clinching Unit CCU 4-50 enables connections of austenitic stainless steel up to 3mm in tightness class D – simple and safe!
Hand-Held Clinch Unit CCU 4M-50

The pneumatic Hand-Held Clinching Unit CCU 4M-50 comes with a manually operated swivel handle. Ideally suited for various clinching applications.
Due to its modular design, the mobile clinching unit CCU 4M-50 can be easily modified and adapted to the component. In this way, customer-specific requirements can be optimally implemented.
Just like the Hand-Held Clinch Unit CCU 4-50 with automatically opening swivel bracket, the CCU 4M-50 also enables connections of austenitic stainless steel up to 3mm in tightness class D – simple and safe!
Hand-Held Clinch Unit MCU 3-30

The MCU 3-30 Hand-Held Clinch Unit is a pneumatic-hydraulic mobile clinching unit. The external pressure intensifier enables a very small and compact design which, in combination with the ergonomic arrangement of the handles, additionally facilitates the operator guidance of this clinching tool.
The clinching tool is usually suspended from a spring balancer. Due to the integrated swivel joint, it is very easy to rotate the unit to any angle and is well suited for clinching corner joints. If desired, fixed end stops can be fitted so that the clamp can be positioned at a certain defined angle (e.g. 45°).
The C-frame can be very easily adapted to customer-specific requirements with regard to the required throat depth. And the distance between the tools of 6 mm allows operation via one-hand release.

Maximum work safety for the user in every situation – thanks to Hand-Held Clinch Units with 2-hand control. This means that even interfering edges higher than 6 mm are no longer a problem.
In practice, it happens frequently that clinching tools within a component have to plunge over an interfering edge to the clinching position. If this interfering edge is higher than 6 mm, a device must be provided for safety reasons that ensures maximum work protection for the operator.
Hand-Held Clinch Units with 2-hand control are ideal for this purpose. The handles are arranged either horizontally or vertically, depending on the task at hand.
The drive of this type of tongs can be air-oil-driven or purely hydraulic according to the customer’s requirements. Due to the modular design including hydraulic cylinder, C-frame and pincer jaw, the clinching tool meets customer-specific requirements. Individual adaptation is simple and uncomplicated.
The clinching units are designed to be weight-optimized and are individually balanced for maximum operating comfort.
