The pneumo-hydraulic clinch and pierce unit ULG SN8 combines high joining force with rapid cycle time.
The integrated air-oil-booster runs silently and completely vibration-free. The drive is perely pneumatic and accelarates at 6 bar air supply 28 kN press force. The ULG SN-8 manual tongs have a stroke of 15 mm max. and are operated via a 2-hand release. Optionally, the joining stroke can also be triggered via foot pedal release. It is the ideal solution for overcoming interfering contours > 6 mm.

Hand-Held Clinch Unit HHP-Mini
The pneumatically operated HHP-Mini hand clinching pliers are characterised by their very low weight combined with a powerful design and excellent ergonomics. With a press force of 25kN, all standard ductile sheets up to 3mm thick can be joined.
The super-light new HHP-Mini mobile hand clinching pliers clinch in 0.5 seconds and require only 0.2 litres of air. It can be used vertically and horizontally.
The HHP-Mini manual clinching pliers work purely pneumatically and are equipped with a 360° rotating tool head that allows the operator to clinch assemblies in all positions without having to twist the holding arm. Round clinching points, but also beam clinching points for multilayer pairings and the oval points only available from us, which are used for non-cutting but anti-rotation requirements, can be installed.
Due to the ergonomic handle and its very low, well-balanced weight of only 3,5kg, the HHP-Mini enjoys a very high acceptance among your staff.

As a further variant of our slim Hand-Held Clinch Unit HHP-H1 and the HHP-H2 for connecting horizontal flanges, this mobile clinch tong is designed for the connection of vertical flange plates.
The handling of our Hand-held Clinch Unit HHP-H3 is in principle similar to our products with a C-frame (joining direction axial to the device), but the opening option of the upper jaw and the high pressing force (without separate pressure intensifier) results in a very wide range of application possibilities.

COBOT Clinch Unit HHP-R

The HHP-R pneumatic scissors-type clinching pliers was developed for use on collaborating robots, or cobots for short. In addition the unit can be used to mount to a pillar or direct into a machine. For this a multifunctional mount interface is designed.
Its slim design together with the large window opening and the wide opening angle offer many application possibilities.
The COBOT clinching pliers HHP-R is another development in the HHP series. Originally designed for use in air conditioning and ventilation construction, this lightweight clinching pliers with an enormous force of 35kN is an attractive solution for use on robots as well. For the new collaborative robots, we have created an interface for easy adaptation of this type of pliers. The clinching pliers can be equipped with the common round point systems Tog-L-Loc®, V-Loc™ and Fixed-Loc™ but also with all our GEOmetric clinching point systems.
